For 20 years, OAP has invested in building a more just Minnesota through training, strategic policy research, and multiracial organizing campaigns. We have recruited and trained hundreds of diverse, powerful, creative organizers who are bringing communities of color, American Indians, immigrant, and white communities together to create a Minnesota and a future that works for all of us. We have created new tools to assess the impact of public decisions on racial and economic disparities in our state. And we have created effective and powerful multiracial organizing campaigns that bring the voice and perspective of united communities of color to the forefront of critical public debates. The Voices for Voting Rights campaign, our work with the Education Equity Organizing Collaborative, and now Voices for Racial Justice, are all examples of this work. With a rapidly diversifying state, work for equity and inclusion has never been more critical. Your gift to OAP helps communities and organizations lead boldly for a future with opportunity for all.
